Improvements in vehicle details

  • You can now add "variant" information of any vehicle while filling up the vehicle details.

  • Capturing images for VIN numbers can now be made mandatory as per your requirements.

Improvements in checklist

  • Image capture alone can be mandated for any checklist question and therefore the user must capture relevant image to proceed
  • This ensures that visual information about checklist questions is included in the inspection report.

  • We also can mandate image capture basis response type from the user. For Red/Amber/Green type of checklist question, image capture can be mandated specifically when Red or Amber is selected by the user, ie, image capture won't be mandatory if user selects Green.
  • Note: Currently this feature is supported for only Red/Amber/Green question type only

Improvements in damage confirmation

  • You can now easily navigate through various sections, such as "front," "right front," and more, to review and decide whether to keep or remove damages without the need to view images. Additionally, you have the capability to search for specific panels within these sections as needed.

  • When you click on each damage listed under any of the above sections, a more detailed review page will be opened where you can add any notes and close-up images of damages.

Furthermore, we have optimized the damage addition and removal processes to enhance the user experience, making the app smoother and faster.
