Review latest condition of the Vehicle and change damage repair status

Accessing vehicle details page

Go to Menu >> Vehicles

1. Search the desired vehicle reg no in the search bar.

2. Click on “View details” option against the desired vehicle.

Vehicle details section

Vehicle details will be shown at the top.

Damage history

Overview indicates the overall damage condition of the vehicle. Damage condition of each section of vehicle can be viewed in detail under respective sections.

Red – Damaged part

Green – Clean part

Orange – Part not found

Example: Damage condition on front section of vehicle can be viewed in detail under “Front” tab.

Damage status

1. Damages under different status can be filtered here.

a. Pending for review.

b. Not to be repaired.

c. To be repaired.

d. Under review.

e. Clean.

f. Unrecognized

g. Repaired

2. Based on the filters selected, damages will be shown below.

3. Click on each damage to view its damage history in detail and to change the repair status if required.

Changing the repair status

1. Part and damage details can be viewed at the top.

2. Repair status will be shown below it. Click on the repair status to which damage status needs to be changed. 

3. Once repair status is changed to “Repaired”, the action cannot be reverted. Repair status changed to any other status can be reverted later if required.

4. Images from the latest 6 inspections will be shown here.

5. Click on the image to view the damage on the vehicle clearly.

6. All the inspections for the selected damage will be shown at the bottom. Click on “Inspection details” to view each inspection in detail.

Viewing the damage in detail

Zoomed in image of the damage will be shown on the left while the whole image will be shown on the right with the damaged portion highlighted.
