This article details the improvements to the inspection report, including
1. Expanded Inspection Details by Default
The inspection details will now be displayed in an expanded view by default, making it easier to access inspection details at a glance upon opening the inspection report. If you wish to minimize or collapse this section, you can still do so by clicking on the arrow icon, just as before.
2. Direct Link to the Vehicle Damage History
Users can now easily access the vehicle's damage history page by clicking 'View Vehicle Details' button. This 'Vehicle Details' page allows fleet managers to review the vehicle's latest condition and update the status of any damage repairs. For more in-depth information on using the 'Vehicle Details' page, please refer to "Review latest condition of the Vehicle and change damage repair status".
3. Date & Time Stamp for Current Inspection Images
In the image view pop-up, users can now view date and time of the current inspection images. This feature provides users with a quick way to understand the time gap between the current and previous inspections, eliminating the need to navigate to the inspection details for this information.
4. Display of all images of parts/damages on image view pop up
Users can see all images of the part/damage on image view pop up. For damaged part, all images where damage is identified will be shown as below.
For clean parts, all images where part is found will be shown as below.
