Custom Inspection Report and PDF:

The custom inspection report PDF option allows you to pick and choose the information in the PDF report in the popup shown. You can access this by clicking one of the PDF options such as Email or Download, and then selecting 'Master'. 

New features

The custom report now shows additional information such as:

• Inspection details section - shows vehicle details, inspection date, damage status and driver details.

• Repair estimates - These can be customised to show estimates for only new damages, for all damages, or both.

• Checklist - Now you can also view the notes and images attached to each checklist field, straight from the PDF report.

• Comparison section - A comparison of the vehicle, with before-after images of the parts will be shown side by side.

• Location: The geo-location of where the inspection is carried out is also now available in the PDF report.

Customisation:

In addition to the above improvements, you also have the ability to customise the PDF report:

• Default PDF options on the popup - The sections to be shown on the PDF popup by default, can be customised. 
• Logo - The logo of your organisation will be shown at the head of the PDF report.
• Branding - You have the option to customise the colour of the PDF report so as to reflect your brand colors.
