Overview

Fleet managers currently have the ability to share the inspection report and PDF to relevant stakeholders like drivers etc. However, in some cases, you may not wish to share the entire inspection report / PDF to others and share only the relevant sections to them. With this new release, fleet managers can pick and choose the relevant sections to be shared like Inspection details, Comparison images, Checklist, Repair Estimates, Remarks added by fleet manager etc.

Share inspection report :

1. Click the Share icon at the bottom of the inspection report page.
2. A popup appears that lets you choose the sections / details you want to include in the inspection report URL to be shared. By default, the fields are auto populated based on your current setup. Use the checkboxes to select or de-select the sections to included, and click 'Copy Link'.
   
3. The default sections selected can be changed by getting in touch with support@clearquote.io.

In the shared inspection report URL, only the selected sections are shown and the deselected sections - Checklist and Share PDF, are not present. Here, user will not have the ability to share PDF, but can download and email the PDF since these sections are not deselected while sharing the inspection report URL :

Share PDF - Download / Email:

1. Click the Download icon or the Email icon. 
2. A popup appears that lets you choose the sections / details you want to include in the PDF / Email to be shared. By default, the fields are auto populated based on your current setup. Use the checkboxes to select or de-select the sections to included, and click 'Download PDF'.
   
3. The default sections selected can be changed by getting in touch with support@clearquote.io

In the PDF report generated, only the selected sections are shown and the deselected sections - Checklist and Remarks, are not present:
