We’ve made a few improvements to the Inspection PDF reports making it more user-friendly and customizable. These changes are designed to optimize how data on the report is more accessible to the user and ensure they meet your specific needs.

New Report Title Added and & Logo Repositioned :

We’ve added a new title to the report to make the content clearer and easier to understand. We’ve also moved the customer logo from the top left to the top right of the PDF report for a more professional feel.

Inspection Details :

You can now customize the information shown in the "Inspection Details" section. Choose from the following options based on what’s most relevant to you:

• Inspected On date
• Vehicle Registration
• Inspected By (Username)
• Make
• Model
• PDF Generated On date
  
  

For example, if you only want the "Vehicle Registration", "Inspected On" and "Model" to appear in the PDF report, we can adjust it to show just that.

Damage Assessment Images :

We have introduced a new section in the PDF report to display only images with damages detected. You can also add custom text in this section to provide extra details or clarity as needed.

• For example, you can add a text body like: "The damages in these images are automatically detected using AI-based image recognition. [Your Company Name] makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. Do not rely on these images as a final assessment of the vehicle." 

Disclaimer :

We also have introduced a disclaimer section that can be added to the bottom of your PDF report to clarify its scope and limitations. This helps set clear expectations for anyone using the report. The disclaimer text is fully customizable to suit your needs.

• For example, you can add a text body like: "This report is automatically generated using AI-based image recognition technology. [Your Company Name] makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided and will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or inaccuracies arising from the use of this report. By using this report, you agree to these terms."
