Enhancements in Vehicle Inspections and Checklist

Add a new vehicle to your fleet

• Step 1: Start by entering the vehicle’s License Plate (LP) number. If the vehicle is already in your fleet, it will appear in the dropdown menu. Simply select it to proceed.
  
• Step 2: If the vehicle doesn’t show up in the dropdown, click on “Add Vehicle.” A popup will appear.
• Step 3: In the popup, select the vehicle’s “Make” and “Model” from the dropdown menus. Once selected, click “Add Vehicle”
• Step 4: The vehicle is now added to your fleet list, and you’re ready to proceed with the inspection.
• Depending on need, we can also enable the option to add a new “Model” to the list.
• Note
  • Vehicle added from one user, will start reflecting for all users as the vehicle would be added to the master fleet list

Add Variant information

• Include "Variant" details when filling in vehicle details (Optional)
  
  
  

Improvements in checklist

• Image capture alone can be mandated for any checklist question and therefore the user must capture relevant image to proceed 
  • This ensures that visual information about checklist questions is included in the inspection report.
    
    
• We also can mandate image capture basis response type from the user. For Red/Amber/Green type of checklist question, image capture can be mandated specifically when Red or Amber is selected by the user, ie, image capture won't be mandatory if user selects Green.
  • Note: Currently this feature is supported for only Red/Amber/Green question type only
