As part of the recent improvements to our home dashboard & search page, we have revamped the interface with the following enhancements to enhance user experience and navigation:
Home Dashboard :
1. Date filter has been revamped to include time filter, allowing users to apply filter based on the selected date and time. Users will find it easier to clear the custom date filters in once click.
2. Admins now have the location filter to get the location wise data.
3. Admins can view the active fleet list in one click by clicking on "Active Vehicle" tile.
4. Admins are now able to clearly differentiate between "Complete", "In Progress" and "Incomplete" inspections and clicking on these sections will provide the respective inspection details. This will help you to follow up the with drivers with incomplete inspections to ensure your fleet is being inspected regularly.
5. Reporting is made easier than ever. Admins have now the ability to download "Vehicle Summary" and "Inspection Summary" reports into excel format from home dashboard.
Search Page :
1. Date filter has been revamped to include time filter, allowing users to apply filter based on the selected date and time. Admins will find it easier to filter inspections by users, now that "Select User" dropdown shows user name and user role in the dropdown.
2. Admins now have ability to filter inspections by "Inspection Status", "Approval Status" and "Damage Status". The status of the inspection card is highlighted in different colors for better visibility.
- Inspection status: This will allow you to filter the inspections based on status of the inspection. From the dropdown you can select:
a. Incomplete
b. Analysis in progress
c. Complete - Approval status: This allows you to filter for the inspections based on 'approval status' of the inspections. You can select following statuses from the drop down:
a. Pending review
b. Waiting for Approval
c. Approved
d. Rejected - Damage status: This allows you to filter for the inspections based on 'approval status' of the inspections. You can select following statuses from the drop down:
a. New Damages
b. Existing Damages
c. No Damages
