Step 1 :
Go to Menu >> click on the “Customer inspection”.
Step 2 :
1 - Select relevant location from "Select Location" field and enter customer details.
2 - Select language as “English-Fleet“ from the dropdown.
Step 3 :
1 - Select the vehicle from the drop-down if it is known (This field is not mandatory to be filled). If not, user can fill this field up during first step of the weblink inspection.
2 - Enter the license plate number if it is known (This field is not mandatory to be filled). If not, user can fill this field up during first step of the weblink inspection.
Step 4 :
Click on “Send weblink”, a web link will pop up on your screen which can be copied and shared. The same will be sent to the customer email address entered earlier.
