This article contains instructions to carry-out inspections using Weblinks. Please make sure to use Google Chrome browser (Android users) and Safari browser (iOS users) to carry out inspections.
Weblink Creation
Step 1 :
Click on “Start Inspection” button and allow the location access to start the inspection.
Step 2 :
The vehicle details page will be pre-filled. Review the details, click on the “Next” button, and confirm to start capturing images. Please make sure "auto-rotate" is enabled on your device.
Step 3 :
Capture images properly by aligning vehicles along with the overlays/wireframe structures shown on the screen. Reference views to be captured on this screen are shown at the top right corner. Captured image count will be shown at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 4 :
Review the images captured and delete/add images as required. Once all the images are uploaded, ”Next” button will be enabled, and click on it.
Step 4 :
Fill up the checklist and enter your signature to complete the inspection. A confirmation screen will pop up once the inspection is completed.
Full-screen mode - Applicable only for IOS users:
This will be the landing page when the weblink is opened in the browser. First, follow the instructions as shown on the screen to enable the full-screen mode in your browser.
