As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security at ClearQuote, we have introduced OTP-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for admin users signing into the web portal. When signing in, admin users will enter their User ID and Password, after which a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to their registered email address. You will need to enter this OTP to complete the sign-in process. This additional layer of security ensures that only you can access your account.
Please note that admin users who don't have their email address linked to their user ID will be able to login to web portal as usual without OTP based MFA.
