Review Inspection Report - Inspections with comparison details

To check an inspection :
1. Click on Menu >>Search.

2. Enter registration number of vehicle or select the required date range. 

3. Click on the desired inspection card from the search result to view the inspection report. 





Once the inspection is opened, "Inspection details" will be shown at the top as highlighted. Inspection report can be downloaded or shared under “Inspection report” section. 


Specific sections can be selected to be shared, as per this article.


Vehicle details include,

> Registration number

> VIN number

> Make

> Model

> Variant

> Customer details






Vehicle images can be viewed in detail by clicking on images under “Analyzed” section.






Overview gives an idea about the different damaged sections of the vehicle.


Eg –In the following image, damages are detected on “Left rear” and “Rear” sections of the vehicle.

Red icon - New damaged panel

Yellow icon - Existing damaged panel

Orange icon - Part not found in inspection.

Green icon - Clean panel






Select each section to view specific parts and damages found. In the following image “Left Rear” section is selected to view the damages detected there.




Tyre and wheel details can be found in the "Tyre" section. Tyre details such as Brand, Model etc are shown under "Info" tab when tyre images are captured during inspection. Damages if any, can be found in the "Damages" tab.




Select relevant filters to view the following categories:

  1. New damages 
  2. Existing damages
  3. Manual inspection needed – Damages which are found in previous inspection of vehicle, but not found in current inspection.
  4. Clean – Panels which doesn’t have any damages in current inspection.
  5. Unrecognized – Panels which are not detected/captured in current inspection.






Click on image thumbnails or icons on the overlays to view the damages. Current inspection image with the damage along with previous inspection image will be shown side by side for convenience.

  1. Damage type and unique damage ID will be shown as below.
  2. Images of the part from the previous three inspections along with inspection date and time will be shown as thumbnails on left side of the pop up. Click on the image thumbnail to view the respective images.






  1. Full view image of the part from current and previous inspection will be shown as below on the left side.
  2. Cropped image of the damage from current and previous inspection will be shown as below on the right side.
    • No Damages Found - Means no damage is identified on the image.
    • No Parts Found - Means that part is not detected/captured in that inspection.
