Carry out an Inspection and immediately review damages identified

Login Page

Upon opening the ClearQuote app, please enter the user ID and password to login.


Homepage

  • This page shows the inspections created on the present date, along with the inspection status (Completed, Paused, Pending etc).
  • Tap on any completed inspection to view the inspection report.
  • Start a new inspection by tapping the '+ Inspection' button on the navigation bar at the bottom.



Carry out an inspection:

  • Enter vehicle registration number and VIN.
  • In the following page, select the vehicle model and enter customer details (optional).


Image capture

  • Capture images by aligning vehicles along with the overlays/wireframe structures shown on the screen.
  • Captured image count will be shown at the bottom left corner of the screen.


Post image capture, you can see the captured images in the Uploads screen. Add more images if required.


Checklist

  • Fill up the checklist with the required information.
  • Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.


  • You can add images and notes for better context against any checklist item.



Damage Review

  • You can review damages detected by the app and choose to confirm/remove the damages at this stage.
  • Damages on each section of the vehicle like front, left front etc are shown under respective sections as shown below.
  • Review each damage and accept/reject them based on the guidelines.
  • Click on "Next" to move to the next section.


  • You can add damages manually.


  • At the end of the panels list, you can review damages again, or proceed.


Completing the inspection
