Inspector approving the estimate

Inspectors themselves can approve or reject an estimate. "Approve" or "Reject" option is available below the estimate table.

Sharing estimate to field team

If the inspector wishes to send the inspection to a customer or the field team for approval, they need to click "Request Customer Approval" option and then enter the recipient's email address in the pop-up window. Alternatively, user can click on the "Share" button, which will copy the inspection URL which can be shared with the intended audience. 

Approve / Reject an estimate from email

Customers or field teams can open and either approve or reject the inspection through the received email or by using the provided URL.
