How to access the dashboard?

Accessing Dashboard


1. Go to Menu >> Dashboard






Page 1 : 


1. View fleet overview with location-based and date-wise filters at the top right corner.

2. Tiles display counts for active fleet, inspected vehicles, vehicles not inspected, total inspections, and vehicles with new & major damages.

3. Details of inspected and uninspected vehicles are shown below the tiles.

4. Right click on any chart or tiles and select "Drill through" for more details.






Page 2 :


1. Search vehicle inspection history with “Search Vehicle Number” at the top.

2. Use other filters at the top to filter data by new damage types, damage severity, and location across a date range. 

3. Red represents inspections with new damages and Green represents inspections without any new damages in the graph.

4. "Vehicle History Details" table shows inspection details :

   a. "Damages?" column : "YES" signifies vehicle damage.

   b. "New Damages?" column : "YES" signifies vehicle damage is new.

   c. "New Damaged Panels" column lists the count of newly damaged panels.

   d. “Missing Mandatory Panels” column lists the count of mandatory parts of vehicle which are not captured in inspection.






Page 3 :


It gives an overview of the number of inspections by date and number of inspected vehicles by date.






Page 4 :


1. Access detailed inspection reports within the selected date range, categorised by location, new damages detected, their severity, and corresponding inspectors/drivers. 

2. Fleet managers can view the total count of damaged parts/panels and identify newly damaged parts/panels in each inspection.
